Senior Recruiter – Operational Profiles

$18,000 monthly + $12,000 bonus for KPIs fulfillment

In HumanBest, we are looking for a strategic and results-oriented profile that drives our operational recruitment processes with excellence.

You will be responsible for:

• Ejecutar el proceso completo de atracción de talento (end-to-end).
• Publishing job openings, filtering curricula, conducting competency-based interviews, and following up on each stage.
• Coordinating with internal leaders and clients to align profiles.
• Documentary follow-up, assembling digital and physical files.
• Preparing reports, tracking income, and meeting weekly coverage targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in massive operational recruitment.
• Knowledge and mastery of job portals (OCC, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Intermediate Excel management (databases, filters, tables).
• Deseable experience as an inplant or field follow-up.
