Senior Recruiter
Job description
At Kelly, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join an important operation in Mexico City.
We are looking for someone with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for operational, logistical, and specialized positions. They will be responsible for ensuring timely coverage of vacancies, tracking selection indicators, and providing an excellent experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from profile intake to candidate hiring and onboarding.
- Execute search and attraction strategies for operational, logistical, and specialized positions.
- Post vacancies and conduct direct candidate sourcing through various job boards, professional networks, and recruitment sources.
- Perform resume screening, competency-based interviews, and initial validations.
- Present candidates to hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up for each process.
- Coordinate recruitment processes with external agencies and suppliers when necessary.
- Support coverage for headcount increases, openings, and special recruitment projects.
- Keep candidate and vacancy information updated on relevant platforms.
- Track coverage indicators, response times, productivity, and recruitment source effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition processes.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire process.
- Contribute to the organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
- Experience managing operational, logistical, and/or specialized vacancies.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment and handling headcount increases.
- Proficiency in using various talent attraction sources and platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Intermediate Excel skills are essential.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors is desirable.
- Availability for flexible hours when the operation requires it.
Location and Schedule
- Corporate office located in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City.
- Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Availability to meet operational needs and occasionally work on Saturdays.
