Mass Recruiter for Branches / Merida

Objective

Responsible for designing, executing, and implementing the comprehensive recruitment strategy in high-complexity zones, in coordination with the Human Resources team and massive business talent attraction leaders.

This role aims to ensure timely vacancy coverage through the execution of field recruitment initiatives, directly contributing to the achievement of the organization's commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement national mass recruitment strategies, focused on high-demand or difficult-to-cover zones.
• Execute on-site attraction and selection processes, including job fairs, massive hiring events, and recruitment events.
• Manage both in-person and remote selection processes, including operational profiles, cashiers, flyers, pension funds, SMEs, branch managers.
• Coordinate with business leaders and HR teams to align requirements, priorities, and coverage timelines.
• Manage the complete recruitment process: job posting, interviews, follow-up, and closing.
• Provide transversal support to different business lines.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, current regulations, and ethical standards, identifying and escalating risks when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mass recruitment, primarily within the financial sector.
• Knowledge of talent attraction strategies and job boards.
• Recruitment Fairs
• Proficiency in recruitment and candidate tracking tools.
• Familiarity with databases, dashboards, and tracking of vacancies, status, and position coverage.
• Completed Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• Reside in Merida.
• Excellent adherence to processes and policies.
