Responsibilities

Posting and dissemination of operational vacancies in different recruitment sources.

Candidate search and attraction.

Curriculum screening and interviews.

Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process.

Coordination of interviews with the client or requesting department.

Request and review of candidate documentation.

File assembly.

Follow-up on hires and onboarding.

Achievement of coverage and hiring goals.

Requirements:

Completed bachelor's degree (student or graduate).

Previous experience in recruitment and selection.

Proficiency in using job boards and various talent attraction sources.

Availability to travel within the assigned area (Chichimequillas, near O'Donnell Park)

Ability to drive a car

Organization, follow-up, and results-oriented approach.
