Field Operational Recruiter Location: Salinas Victoria, Escobedo and Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León Mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are looking for a Field Operational Recruiter to join a strategic project focused on attracting talent for operational positions within the manufacturing sector with an in-plant modality. Responsibilities Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational positions. Implement attraction strategies for the target audience. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment plans. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and results. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
