About the Role:

As a Junior Lawyer (m/w/d) in the Legal, Regulatory & Compliance department, you will work as a full member of our legal team in an international leading FMCG company. You will support central business areas such as Marketing, Sales, Procurement, R&D and Supply Chain on legally complex and economically relevant questions and gain deep insights into the decision-making processes of a global corporation.

The activity takes place regularly in German and English.

The job is possible at our location in Hamburg, in our headquarters in Amsterdam and/or remote.

Your Tasks:

• Eigenständige Mitarbeit bei der rechtlichen Beratung von Business-Stakeholdern in der DACH- und Nordics-Region sowie bei ausgewählten europäischen und internationalen Projekten
• Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen aus dem Lebensmittelrecht (inkl. EU-Recht), Wettbewerbs- und Kartellrecht, Datenschutz, IP und Compliance
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Regulatory-Abteilung zu Themen wie Kennzeichnung, Werbeaussagen und Claims
• Rechtliche Begleitung strategisch relevanter Themen entlang unserer Produktions- und Lieferketten (z. B. Lieferantenverträge, Compliance- und Governance-Strukturen)
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Kommentierung von Verträgen
• Ausarbeitung fundierter rechtlicher Stellungnahmen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen für Management- und Projektteams
• Durchführung vertiefter Rechtsrecherchen zu nationalen und europäischen Rechtsfragen
• Koordination und inhaltliche Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
• Mitarbeit an konzernweiten Projekten, u. a. zu Governance-Themen, KI-Implementierung und Prozessoptimierung

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Ausgeprägtes Interesse an wirtschaftsrechtlichen, regulatorischen und unternehmensstrategischen Fragestellungen
• Sehr gutes Verständnis wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge sowie ein klarer Business- und Lösungsfokus
• Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Auslandserfahrung oder ein LL.M. sind von Vorteil
• Präzise Ausdrucksweise, analytische Stärke und ein hohes juristisches Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Engagement, Diskretion und Professionalität
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Interesse an Legal Tech und digitalen Arbeitsprozessen
