To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Legal Secretary (m/w/d) to join us as soon as possible. Tasks: Organization and coordination of the secretariat Processing all tasks related to the secretariat and assistance (scheduling, correspondence processing etc.) Reception duties, preparation and follow-up of meetings Organizing and coordinating appointments with clients and lawyers Preparing and distributing documents, including court files and other legal documents Providing administrative support for lawyers and other staff members Assisting in the preparation of court appearances and other legal proceedings Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
