Attorney for the Area of M&A/Private Equity/Venture Capital

Immediately or upon agreement, we are looking for an attorney for the area of M&A/Private Equity/Venture Capital at our Zurich location. We seek a motivated and experienced attorney who has a strong background in corporate law, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Swiss company law, including the Swiss Code of Obligations and the Swiss Civil Procedure Code. Furthermore, experience with due diligence processes, contract negotiations, and project management is expected.
