Lawyer (m/f/d) Civil and Real Estate Law

To strengthen our team at the Dortmund location, we are looking for you full-time as a

Lawyer (m/f/d) Civil and Real Estate Law

• You will actively advise and represent our medium-sized clients in real estate, construction, architectural, and commercial rental law, as well as general civil law.
• You will advise on the planning and execution of real estate purchases and sales.
• You will independently draft and review relevant contracts, especially of a commercial nature, with the highest precision.
• As a team member in interdisciplinary teams, you will shape holistic solutions with experienced specialists, auditors, tax advisors, and lawyers.
• You will conduct court proceedings before all civil courts, which means not only responsibility but also a great opportunity for personal and professional development.

• You have successfully completed the legal examinations with at least a satisfactory result.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in real estate law and a great enthusiasm for the legal profession.
• In addition to a strong grasp of concepts and structured thinking, you are characterized by strong communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and teamwork.
