As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting patent infringement proceedings, drafting legal opinions, and advising clients on intellectual property rights. Your tasks will include: Conducting patent infringement proceedings before the German Federal Patent Court and other national courts; Drafting legal opinions on patent law issues; Advising clients on intellectual property rights, including trademark and design matters; Collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines to develop comprehensive strategies for our clients' specific needs.
