Job description
To strengthen our team, L Etude & Fabbro is looking for a holder of the Swiss patent in full-time (100%) for an unlimited term with a trial period. Start date immediately or 100%. Our areas of activity include, among others: real estate and construction law, commercial law, sports law, court disputes. Your main tasks: advising and supporting private individuals and companies as well as representing them before authorities. Independent processing of cases, including drafting legal documents, conducting negotiations with clients, and appearing in court. Collaboration with colleagues and partners to achieve common goals. Continuous professional development through training and further education. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances are essential.
