Lawyer (m/f/d) - Insolvency Administration & Restructuring Consulting

Our client is a law firm specializing in insolvency administration, restructuring, and managing corporate crises. It supports companies, creditors, and insolvency administrators in restructuring, insolvency law processes, liability issues, as well as in commercial and insolvency criminal law.

For the head office in Heidelberg, as well as optionally for the locations Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf, or Berlin, we are now looking for a dedicated lawyer (m/f/d) – Insolvency Administration & Restructuring Consulting.

• Independent and complete handling of insolvency proceedings

• Advising companies in economic crisis situations

• Crisis-specific client advice within the scope of restructuring and reorganization processes

• Interdisciplinary cooperation with business and financial consultants as well as auditors

• Conducting negotiations and asserting legal and economic interests

• Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with two successfully completed state examinations in law

• Initial practical experience in insolvency law and/or restructuring consulting

• Ideally, initial proven knowledge in insolvency and restructuring law

• Ability to independently handle complex proceedings

• Understanding of economic contexts and entrepreneurial decision-making processes

• Enjoyment of responsible, independent entrepreneurial work

• Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness

• Interest in economic contexts
