We are an immobile group established in Western Switzerland, with agencies in Geneva, Coppet, Nyon, Pully, Vevey, Freiburg, Sion, and Neuenburg. As part of business development, we would like to hire a future legal and conflict manager for our location in Geneva.Stellenbeschreibung:Monitoring of dispute and legal cases under the supervision of the department head and based on instructions from the owners as well as guidelines. Preparation and creation of warning letters and other documents related to disputes and lawsuits. Coordination with lawyers, courts, and other stakeholders involved in the process. Handling of correspondence and communication with parties involved in disputes and lawsuits. Maintenance of records and documentation of all activities related to disputes and lawsuits. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Confidentiality and discretion are essential for this role.
