Invoice Examiner (m/w/d)
Job description
Your Tasks:
- You will take over invoice examination and document complex transactions with incoming goods invoices.
- You will exchange information with our Shared Service Center in India, provide guidance and support, and bring your knowledge into daily business.
- You will process inquiries and complaints from our suppliers, coordinate with procurement, receiving, and warehousing, and document everything carefully.
- You will review reminders and settle outstanding liabilities.
- You will support the optimization of invoice examination processes and further promote automation in your department.
