To complete our team, we are looking for a:
SPA Receptionist (M/F) Workplace: Lausanne Palace Start Date: As soon as possible Contract Type: Permanent Contract
Responsibilities

• You will welcome guests, provide them with information, direct them, and guide them within the SPA, while also conducting tours of the facilities.

• You will respond to inquiries regarding SPA products, services, events, pricing, and any other information related to the offerings.

• You will manage phone calls, appointment bookings for treatments, sports activity reservations, and the fitness subscriber database.

• You will handle product sales, cash transactions, and invoicing for hotel guests, members, and external clients.

• You will ensure the good condition of the premises and participate in managing the SPA bar, including orders, service, preparing lunches, and clearing tables.

• You will carry out inventories and statistical reports necessary for activity monitoring.

Profile Sought

• You are proficient in Word, Excel, and Internet software; knowledge of Spa Booker is a plus.

• You are bilingual in French / English and possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as very good communication abilities.

• You demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a smiling, friendly, and open-minded attitude at all times.

• You are organized, rigorous, and know how to effectively manage priorities and various administrative tasks.

• You present an excellent professional image and ensure an impeccable customer experience.

• You appreciate teamwork, are flexible, and can adapt to the needs of the business.
