THE WORK

You will have the chance to welcome clients and you will have to respond to their requests

A part of your work will be to take care of after-sales service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main receptionist for incoming calls in the showroom

Welcome clients, respond to calls and emails

Manage appointment scheduling for consultants

Handle returns and complaints under warranty from clients

Take care of requests for spare parts

Prepare returns of merchandise

Support the sales team

Participate in our suppliers' training sessions

Take care of all other administrative tasks

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Have 1-2 years of experience in customer service

Possess excellent customer service and communication skills

Have a calm temperament with good stress management

Capable of learning and using software to process orders

Aptitude to work on multiple files and multitask
