Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our dental practice in Masterton, New Zealand. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and professional atmosphere.
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our dentists, as well as manage patient recalls
- Perform administrative tasks such as completing payment processing, rescheduling and banking
- Assist with sterilisation and provide support to the dental team as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment
