Receptionist – Salon & Spa Côte Saint-Luc & Mount Royal | Avanti Le Spa Avanti Le Spa is seeking a professional, organized, and service-focused Receptionist to join our team across our Côte Saint-Luc and Mount Royal locations . This position plays a central role in supporting the daily operations of the salon and ensuring both clients and staff enjoy a smooth, welcoming experience. You will be working closely with other receptionists, salon managers, and the broader management team to help oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the salon, including answering phones, responding to emails, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities will include: • Managing the front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment for clients and staff. • Greeting clients, answering questions, and providing information on services and products. • Handling client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client appointments, services, and payments. • Processing transactions and handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods. • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the overall client experience. • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices. • Performing other administrative tasks as required.
