Today Lavoro SPA, a staffing agency, Chivasso branch, is selecting an entry-level RECEPTIONIST IN STAGE for a historic mechanical workshop specializing in cutting, revisions, automotive practices (volures), electronic diagnostics, and other maintenance interventions. What will you do? Client reception at the front office Support in managing the switchboard and organizing appointments Back-office activities: document archiving, automotive practice management, support with invoicing Collaboration with the team for supplier communications and administrative activities Possible support with social media (plus) Who are we looking for? A dynamic, precise, customer-oriented person with a willingness to grow Good familiarity with PCs and digital tools Predisposition to teamwork and good relational skills What do we offer? Placement in a formative internship in a solid and familiar environment, preparatory to employment Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm Location of work: Chivasso (TO) OGGI LAVORO S.r.l.
