Receptionist | Greymouth Family Dental | Part-Time

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

As the first point of contact for our practice, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and professional experience for our patients. You'll be responsible for managing appointments, assisting with patient enquiries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy practice.

This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll enjoy building relationships with patients while working alongside a supportive and experienced team committed to delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner
• Managing appointment bookings and clinician schedules
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
• Processing payments and assisting with patient accounts
• Updating and maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
• Ensuring the reception area remains welcoming, organised, and professional

Hours

• Monday to Thursday : 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
