Job description
In focus is the professional care of our hotel guests - from the warm welcome at check-in to the farewell. Furthermore, you will take care of the following:
- Care of our guests including check-in and check-out
- Verification and processing of bookings, overbookings, and options
- Billing including management of cost transfers as well as cash register and settlement
- Organizational and administrative tasks both in the front- and back-office area (e.g. management of non-arrivals, answering emails)
- Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration with our multicultural team
