Job Description Lumino Otaki & Waikanae are seeking a friendly and reliable Casual Receptionist to support across our two practices during busy periods, staff leave, and future locum coverage. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming patients and creating a warm, positive first impression Answering phone enquiries and coordinating appointments Booking and managing patient records Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information Providing administrative support to the dental team Assisting with reception duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling patient queries. This is a casual position, working variable hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
