In Job S.p.A. - Career Center di TREVISO selects a RECEPTIONIST belonging to the categories protected by LG.68/99 for a reality operating as LEADER in the sportswear sector. Tasks: - Front desk management: manage the switchboard and welcome clients and suppliers with a smile. - Mail and courier management: sort, send, track, and organize packages efficiently. - Support for cost management: enter expenses into the Ariba system, codify invoices, and manage online orders. - Operational office management: manage emails, phone calls, hardware needs, technicians, and cleaning services. - Event organization and travel: coordinate bookings, refreshments, and internal company events with style. - Ad hoc projects: provide flexible support wherever the team needs it. Required Skills: - Experience in similar roles (1-2 years), ideally in an international environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Team spirit with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to give your best in a frenetic environment. - Problem-solving mentality and collaborative spirit. - Excellent knowledge of English (B2 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar systems.
