RECEPTION SUPERVISOR

Auxiliary to your superior in coordinating team work, orienting, prioritizing/distributing tasks and solving operational problems relevant to the reception area. • Accompany hotel occupancy with the Reception Coordinator, according to availability, guiding the Reservations Supervisor and making necessary corrections. • Assist your superior in conducting corporate projects under the responsibility of the reception area. • Ensure the execution of processes and procedures of the “Auto Control” area together with your immediate superior. • Receive guests/clients at the counter, identifying them and providing information and explanations diverse (Reservations, confirmation of air passage, addresses/phone numbers of local places, complaints etc.). • Perform guest check-in, providing a registration form, delivering keys and directing them to their respective apartments. • Perform guest checkout, executing closing accounts, receiving payments, and organizing related processes. • Maintain contact with other departments for the solution of various issues related to the area. • Mediate conflicts and intervene in critical/typical situations, along with guests/customers. • Create work schedules and vacations, assist your immediate superior in staffing teams and inform them about time and quality standards of services provided by collaborators. • Substitute your immediate superior in their absence. • Assist the reception coordinator on behavioral aspects of collaborators, mediate conflicts within the team. • Offer, score, and operate the loyalty program according to established standards.
