Job description
You offer our guests excellent service: As a nice voice on the phone, friendly contact by email or with a warm smile at check-in. At the reception and in the reservation, you take over:
- Care of our guests including check-in and check-out
- Verification and processing of reservations, overbookings, and options
- Maintenance of Sihot as well as electronic reservation systems
- Invoicing and accounting including management of cost transfers
- Cash handling and settlement
- Administrative and organizational tasks (e.g. managing non-arrivals, responding to emails)
