Receptionist / Receptionist Pool

• Reception service for the pool and Wellness area,

• Welcoming guests and providing information about the offer,

• Selling admissions and processing payments,

• Ensuring a high standard of service and guest comfort,

• Cooperation with other hotel departments,

• Supervising order in the reception area.

• High personal culture and communication skills,

• Responsibility and good work organization,

• Ability to work in a team,

• Experience in customer service,

• Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays,

• Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage,
