Receptionist Advanced English Cozumel

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Cozumel Palace.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will have a fundamental responsibility in creating a memorable lodging experience.
Your ability to provide friendly and efficient service will be key to ensuring the satisfaction of our visitors. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a proactive and helpful attitude.
You must be able to handle situations calmly and solve problems effectively.
Previous experience in reception or a similar environment is a plus, although not essential. Your responsibilities will include managing the hotel reception, attending to guests, managing reservations and check-ins/check-outs, and providing information about the hotel and the area.
You will also be responsible for keeping the reception area organized and tidy, as well as ensuring that all equipment and materials are available and in good condition. The Palace Company values teamwork and seeks candidates who are willing to collaborate and adapt to changes.
