Night Receptionist (Temporary) - NH Collection Marbella - (Málaga)

Companies: Minor Hotels Europe & Americas What will be your mission? As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of guests upon their arrival and departure, as well as providing them with an exceptional experience in general during their stay, in line with the hotel's vision and values on customer satisfaction. What will you have to do? Receive and complete the check-in process for all guests and groups that arrive punctually and professionally, as well as completing and processing any necessary documentation, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. You will also be responsible for handling any issues or complaints that may arise during your shift, providing solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be expected to maintain the hotel's high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in all areas of the reception desk, including the front desk, lobby, and surrounding areas. You will also be required to work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security, to ensure a seamless service for our guests. What are we looking for? We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and organized individual who is able to work well under pressure, providing excellent customer service at all times. You should have previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a reception or similar role, and be fluent in Spanish, with a good understanding of English.
