As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience from the moment they enter the hotel. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, managing reservations, performing check-in and check-out, providing information about the installations and services offered by the hotel, as well as handling any issues or complaints that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of guest stays, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk.
