We are a family-run hotel group with 90 years of history, with a strong tradition on the Costa Brava and with the will that our home is also the guests' during their vacations. We are seeking receptionists to join our Front Office team in rotating shifts, mainly in the evenings, with the possibility of working two nights a week alternating weeks. The position involves answering phones, responding to emails, and providing information to guests about the hotel's services and facilities. You will also be responsible for handling guest requests, resolving any issues that may arise, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
