Receptionist

We are a hotel group specializing in holiday tourism, based in Palma de Mallorca, with a presence in Spain's most iconic destinations: Mallorca, Canary Islands, Costa del Sol, and Costa Brava, in addition to our urban hotels in Madrid and Marrakech.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking to incorporate a Receptionist, with the goal of ensuring professional and cordial customer service, contributing to a memorable experience during their stay.

Functions:

• Attend to and welcome guests, managing check-in, check-out, and reservations.
• Inform about hotel services, facilities, and activities.
• Resolve customer incidents, complaints, or requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure correct customer service.
• Manage calls, emails, and online requests.
• Complete daily department records and reports.
• Apply hotel quality, safety, and data protection standards.

Professional competencies:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service in hotels or tourist accommodations.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and basic office tools.
• Good oral and written communication skills in Spanish; English and other languages will be valued.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
