Bilingual Receptionist

TS Trucking is a top-level transportation company with its own assets and presence throughout Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider.

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team in Querétaro. This position will work in a dynamic environment and collaborate closely with all departments.

Schedule:

Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to external visitors and direct them to the corresponding area.
• Management and registration of the services provided or attention given to clients.
• Reception of visitors and information about basic company matters.
• Capture of phone calls and channeling them in a suitable and timely manner (phone attendance).
• Perform administrative assistance tasks and support in processing, distribution, and basic document filing.
• Collect, classify, and distribute mail to the corresponding departments or individuals, as well as prepare and send correspondence and shipments.
• Schedule appointments or interviews for visitors and clients.
• Guide visitors and clients to the location or person they are looking for.
• Attention and treatment of suppliers and internal personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or technical career in Administration, Secretariat, Executive Assistance, or related field.
• Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in similar positions (administrative assistant, receptionist, office auxiliary, or customer service).
• Management of office tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of document management and filing.
• Able to prepare reports, records, and follow-up on services or visits.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, messaging, or correspondence control (Desirable).
• Service-oriented attitude and teamwork.
• Able to perform multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment with an accelerated pace.
• Excellent coordination skills, organization, and attention to detail.
