- Take phone calls from internal and external clients;
- Receive, deposit, and cash checks into client accounts after receipt by post and courier;
- Ensure check compliance;
- Apply payment to client accounts. AX;
- Support the collection team for collection calls, follow-ups, maintenance of customer files, and other related tasks.
