Recambista – Administrative Technical Spare Parts Buyer We are looking for an administrative-technical profile responsible for managing spare parts orders, maintaining communication with suppliers and ensuring the correct availability of materials for mechanical and maintenance equipment. The role focuses on processes, documentation, technical precision, and internal coordination. Main Functions Order management: creation, tracking, and document control (invoices, receipts). Identification of necessary spare parts and their corresponding quantities. Verification of supplier information and product availability. Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts. Maintenance of accurate records and reports on spare parts inventory and usage. Analysis of trends and patterns in spare parts consumption to optimize inventory levels. Development of procedures for the management and control of spare parts inventory. Implementation of measures to reduce waste and minimize excess inventory. Collaboration with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provision of technical support to maintenance personnel. Identification of opportunities for process improvements and implementation of changes as needed.
