Job description

We are looking for an end-of-studies intern to support the strengthening of the Real Estate Services team.

You will be involved in specialized real estate financial advisory missions on behalf of investment funds, real estate companies, or corporate accounts (Transaction Services missions, modeling and structuring of real estate investment files, business plan preparation, valuation...).

You may also participate in strategic and operational advisory missions (performance and savings plan, divestments, development strategy, valuation of assets undergoing conversion, ...).

You will be fully involved in all stages of the mission and will participate in meetings with the client or other advisors involved in the project (lawyers, bankers...). Mission members (from senior to associate) will participate in your daily training to help you acquire all the technical knowledge to quickly become independent in carrying out your work.

We are looking for an end-of-studies intern from top business and engineering schools and universities, ideally with previous experience in auditing, financial advisory, investment banking, or a finance department.

Available, rigorous, and organized, you can adapt very quickly to the missions assigned to you and have good analytical and synthesis skills. You are proficient in English, both written and spoken. You wish to specialize in real estate.

This internship will take place over 6 months starting from January 2027.

Finally, you are particularly motivated to join the Eight Advisory adventure!
