Real Estate - End of Studies Intern

We are looking for an end-of-studies intern to support the strengthening of the Real Estate Services team.

You will be involved in specialized real estate financial advisory missions on behalf of investment funds, real estate companies, or corporate accounts (Transactions Services missions, modeling and structuring of real estate investment files, business plan preparation, valuation...).

You will also be able to participate in strategic and operational advisory missions (performance and savings plans, divestments, development strategy, valuation of assets undergoing redevelopment, etc.).

You will be fully involved in all stages of the mission and will participate in meetings with the client or other advisors involved in the project (lawyers, bankers, etc.). Mission members (from senior to partner) will participate in your daily training to help you acquire all the technical knowledge to quickly become autonomous in your work.

We are looking for an end-of-studies intern from the best business and engineering schools and universities, with previous experience in audit, financial advisory, investment banking, or financial management.

Available, rigorous, and organized, you can adapt very quickly to the missions entrusted to you and have good analytical and synthesis skills. You are proficient in English, both written and spoken. You wish to specialize in real estate.

This internship will take place over 6 months starting from September / October 2025.
