Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The Real Estate Specialist will focus on managing property-related transactions, including sales, purchases, and rentals. Key responsibilities include: • Managing property listings and marketing materials to ensure maximum visibility and exposure. • Coordinating with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. • Conducting site visits to properties to assess condition and potential for renovation or redevelopment. • Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions of transactions on behalf of clients. • Maintaining accurate records of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and rentals. • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of real estate transactions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in property sales, purchases, and rentals. • Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
