The Role

The firm is seeking a Property Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join their expanding Commercial Property team, working on a mix of large-scale regeneration and development projects alongside general commercial property work.

The role offers significant responsibility, providing the opportunity to work with high-profile national and regional clients, including public sector organisations such as the Greater London Authority, the City of London, Peabody Trust, and Places for People, as well as a wide range of local authorities across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on large-scale regeneration and development projects
• Providing support across general commercial property matters
• Drafting documents, conducting legal analysis, and providing strategic legal advice
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, helping to build and maintain a strong client base
• Collaborating with colleagues across seniority levels to deliver high-quality service
• Engaging in business development activities to further grow the practice

What We Are Looking For:

• 2-4 years of PQE, with some exposure to development work (though significant experience is not essential)
