A Legal 500 ranked real estate team in Wimbledon is looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy team.
The firm offers a busy workload, the opportunity to work alongside excellent lawyers from top city firms and the chance to produce high-quality work as a Real Estate Solicitor.
Work-life balance is essential, so flexibility around working from home and working hours is available.
Last year, I placed a partner and managing associate into this team who needed flexible working having come from city backgrounds themselves.
Your high-quality caseload will include:
- Leases
- Acquisitions and Disposals
- Property Finance
- Redevelopments
- Portfolios
To be successful with your application, you must:
- Have excellent experience with commercial property/real estate
- Be 7+ PQE as a Solicitor or Cilex/Legal Executive
- Have good academic results
