Real Estate Representative

Real Estate Central Projects is a highly skilled division of the Central Group specializing in
the sales and marketing of significant residential off the plan projects from concept to
completion. We are proud of the residential apartment & townhouse projects we present to
the marketplace for sale. We focus on the sales and marketing of projects that aspire to
deliver our customers with quality residential offerings. We work closely with our developer
clients to establish the optimal design layouts and finishes, as well as branding, marketing
and sales strategies.

Currently we are looking for a Real Estate Representative to assist our team on
upcoming Projects.

Full Time Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Assist clients in buying & selling residential or commercial properties
 Conduct property showings and open houses
 Provide guidance on market conditions for both buyers and sellers
 Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers
 Prepare contracts & necessary paperwork

Requirements:
 Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Real Estate Sales Professional
 Minimum Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
 Police Clearance for Australia
 Registration with Agents Licensing Board
