Real Estate Property Manager - Student Accommodation - Kimberly

A well established dynamic Real Estate Company is recruiting a Property Manager to effectively manage Units on Birbeck in Kimberley for the Bloemfontein region The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational, financial, and compliance management of student accommodation properties, ensuring high occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and asset value protection. In addition, the Property Manager will be responsible for: • Managing and maintaining accurate records and reports, including financial statements, occupancy rates, and tenant information; • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, such as property owners, investors, and other departments; • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain existing ones; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention; • Identifying and addressing potential issues or concerns before they escalate into major problems; • Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies; • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
