ITC Infotech is looking for Manager – Infra Projects - Bangalore. Experience : 8 years. Location : Bangalore (Work from Office) Job Description Managing corporate Real estate for IT/ITES office spaces within and outside of India in various models – warm/cold shell interior fitouts, renting fully fitted office space, renting fully fitted and managed office space etc., as found suitable for specific requirement. The role typically involves: Interaction with internal stakeholders to prepare user briefs, conducting site visits to ensure compliance with project requirements, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring quality of work, coordinating with vendors and contractors, handling any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
