Real Estate Partnerships Manager

A Global Talent, recruitment and career management consultancy, specialized in the real estate and infrastructure markets, is advising Yuca, a housing-as-a-service startup, on the search for a Real Estate Partnerships Manager, with experience in the market and good relationships with brokers and real estate agents.

Main activities:

• Structuring the sales part of a new business unit focused on buying and selling apartments to investors;
• Creating and executing a lead acquisition strategy for property purchases, including testing channels and CRM, focused on the broker channel;
• Identifying opportunities. Researching and evaluating possible partnerships that may bring strategic benefits to the company;
• Ledership in apartment sales negotiations;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and market players;
• Following up on goals and results;
• Evaluating the performance of established partnerships to ensure they are generating expected results;
• Making visits and presentations about the company and its developments to real estate agencies in São Paulo;
• Having availability for hours to accommodate client needs, considering different working hours, including accompanying key clients on site visits.

Requirements:

• A professional with a real estate agent's portfolio and market knowledge to already be able to work with available properties;
• Previous experience as a Coordinator or Manager of Partnerships, Sales, or New Business;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, and related fields;
• Desirable experience working with investor buyers;
• Behavioral profile: Proactive professional with good communication skills to handle demanding clients and brokers, but understanding of processes. Good relationships in the market and able to navigate unstructured environments.
