Real Estate Partnerships Manager

• Finding opportunities. Search and evaluate possible partnerships that may bring strategic benefits to the company.
• Leadership in negotiations to establish beneficial agreements for both parties, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Development and maintenance of relationships with clients and market players
• Following up on goals and results.
• Evaluating the performance of established partnerships to ensure they are generating expected results
• Conducting visits and presentations about the company and its developments, for real estate agencies in São Paulo
• Having availability of schedule to accommodate client needs, considering different working hours.

Requirements

• Prior experience as Coordinator or Manager of Partnerships or New Business;
• Completed Higher Education in Business Administration, Commercial Management and related fields;
• Previous experience in a Real Estate Agency or High-End Construction/Development Company;
• We are looking for someone with a well-relational profile, negotiator, process-oriented, organized, and focused on closing deals.
