Real Estate Operations Specialist

OUR TEAM WITHIN IKEA You'll play a central role in shaping how we manage and care for our buildings across BE & NL. You'll lead improvements, drive sustainability initiatives, and help ensure that our units remain safe, efficient, and ready for the future—all while contributing to a strong, collaborative Real Estate community. YOUR RESPONSABILITIES As Real Estate Operations Specialist, you will support the Country Real Estate organisation in securing optimal business performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You'll work closely with various stakeholders, including property managers, facility teams, and other departments to achieve our goals. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing effective operational strategies that drive results and contribute to a positive impact on the environment. YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you should have: • A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in real estate operations, property management, or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); • Familiarity with building management systems and/or facility management software is an asset.
