Tasks You will be enthusiastic about the following: - Independent management and responsibility for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties - Point of contact for all interest groups: ownership, tenants, service providers, and authorities - Conducting property inspections - Coordination and processing of maintenance orders - Management of property accounting and preparation of annual statements, heating and operating cost accounts for managed portfolios - Professional guidance of administrative assistants and supervision of subordinate caretakers.
