Real Estate Junior Asset Manager

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

You take responsibility for individual real estate assets and work actively to develop them further.

• Operative asset management of office investments in the regions Frankfurt and Cologne
• Support in developing and implementing object strategies for long-term value enhancement
• Communication with external service providers (such as property and facility managers, lawyers, architects) and coordination with internal contacts
• Preliminary preparation of regular investor meetings and participation in update calls with Anglo-Saxon and Asian investors
• Preliminary preparation of reports, controlling activities and performance key figures, as well as derivation of action recommendations
• Co-shaping business plans, budgets and capex measures
• Gathering basic information as a basis for strategic decisions on rental and marketing and their operational implementation from participation in viewings and contract negotiations to signing the lease agreement

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, finance or a comparable qualification
• First practical experiences through internships or student work in the real estate sector
• Good analytical and communication skills, as well as secure handling of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Structured, reliable working style and high willingness to learn
• Very good German and good English language skills
