Real Estate Investment Analyst

The Real Estate Investment Analyst will provide data-driven insights and strategic analysis across the entire property lifecycle, supporting acquisition, development, operational performance, and divestment decisions. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to): Acquisition Analysis : Evaluate potential investment opportunities through financial modeling, market research, and scenario analysis to support acquisition decisions. Development Feasibility : Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments for proposed development projects, including pro forma financial modeling and sensitivity analysis. Financial Modeling : Build and maintain complex financial models to project investment performance, including cash flow projections, returns analysis (IRR, NPV, etc.), and valuation. Market Research : Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and demographic data. Due Diligence : Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing property-level financials, lease documents, and market data. Reporting & Analytics : Prepare and present investment recommendations and performance reports to management. Operational Analysis : Analyze property-level operating performance and identify areas for improvement. Divestment Analysis : Support the analysis of potential dispositions, including valuation, market analysis, and financial modeling. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in real estate investment analysis, finance, or a related field. Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Argus Enterprise is a plus.
