Real Estate International Manager_ Tendam

As Real Estate International Manager_ Tendam, you will be responsible for leading the international real estate strategy for our premium mass market brands, ensuring the optimal use of our properties and spaces to support the growth and development of our business. Your main responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive international real estate strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives. • Identifying and evaluating potential real estate opportunities for our premium mass market brands, both in terms of new locations and existing properties. • Negotiating and concluding lease agreements and other property-related contracts. • Managing relationships with landlords, property owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the optimal use of our properties and spaces. • Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of our business. • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges. • Developing and managing budgets and financial plans for real estate-related activities. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Providing guidance and support to other teams on international real estate matters. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably with an international focus. • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective real estate strategies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluency in English (written and spoken). • Familiarity with international real estate markets and trends.
