Required Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering Degree in Construction and Physical Planning More than 10 years of experience in construction project management is preferable to understand the practical principles and practices of the project management discipline Microsoft Package (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, MS Project), knowledge of share drive Ability to determine the requirements for electricity, water, air conditioning and other aspects of buildings Ability to acquire a great understanding of the project's scope, goals, and objectives Ability to develop and implement effective strategies and plans Ability to manage and coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients Ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Ability to maintain accurate records and reports Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to lead and motivate team members Ability to make informed decisions based on data and analysis Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
